The send-off function for SRF sanyasinis on a visit to India was organized at YSS Delhi Kendra late in the evening of February 7, 2018. While devotional chanting was going on, devotees gathered at the second floor meditation hall awaiting the sanyasinis to come down for the function. Preeti Mai, Draupadi Mai, Seva Mai and Brahamcharini Darshana ji came to the meditation hall at 10 pm, offered their pranams at the altar and sat in front of the group of devotees. Lady devotees garlanded them and mementos were also presented to them.

This was followed by devotional chanting to Divine Mother and devotees came one by one to offer flowers at the feet of the sanyasinis. The Delhi Kendra became charged with the loving vibrations of the divine. Love and devotion lit the faces of the devotees.

After flowers were offered by all the devotees, the sanyasinis were requested to speak a few words to bid farewell to the devotees of Gurudeva present on the occasion. All the sanyasinis shared their joy at receiving the "blessed opportunity to visit Guruji’s India." They said that they were touched by the love and hospitality they received here and thanked all the devotees.

Swami Vishwananda ji then spoke a few words and expressed his happiness that he could arrange this holy trip for the sanyasinis who had been waiting for years to visit India. Devotees, too, expressed gratitude to swami ji and sanyasinis for their visit and expressed anticipation that this would happen more frequently in the future. Preeti Mai assisted by Seva Mai and Draupadi Mai assisted by Brahmacharini Darshana ji, distributed prasad to the devotees. They then went down to the ground floor Dhyana Mandir for a brief meditation, after which they departed for the airport accompanied by devotees with a warm good bye, and the devotees wished them a safe journey from porch of YSS Delhi Kendra.
